Martin Page, Ph.D.                                    Director & Board Secretary
Dr. Martin Page has developed several new point-of-use water treatment methods and recently earned his PhD in environmental engineering at UIUC.  Martin executes all of the SPOUT programs, including research in the SPOUT laboratory, research and design in the field, and online educational programs.

Bruce Litchfield, Ph.D.                                                Board Chairman
Dr. Bruce Litchfield is a Professor of Agricultural Engineering and Assistant Dean in the College of Engineering at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.  He has been recognized with several awards for his innovative educational efforts at the university.  He is also the faculty adviser to Engineers Without Borders UIUC.
 
Manish Kumar, P.E., Ph.D.         Board Vice-Chairman & Treasurer
 Dr. Manish Kumar is a professional engineer with eight years experience in consulting and applied research.  He recently obtained his PhD in Environmental Engineering at UIUC and is now a post-doc at Harvard.  Manish has earned several national awards for his efforts to develop new membrane systems based on natural biological structures called aquaporins.
